FALL REGISTRATION

School Athletic Registration Fee: $75
Registration can be completed online at this link: MPS Online Athletic Registration. (Tech support: 800-311-4060, press ‘4’)
Online payments can be made online at: https://www.studentquickpay.com/mpls/ or you can pay by check*. The check should be made out to ‘Southwest Athletics’ and can be dropped in the lockbox outside the athletic office in the Southwest building.
All athletes must have a sports physical on record from the last three years. Sports physicals are free at the Southwest Mini-Clinic; call 612-394-3278 if needed.
In-Person Fall Sports Information Night will be held at Southwest on Wednesday, August 6th in in the Southwest Commons from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Coaches will be available to help answer any questions you may have.
The first day of practice for all fall sports is Monday, August 11th.
